Terms of Service

Effective Date: March 14, 2026 | Version 2.0

1. Acceptance of Terms

By executing a deployment contract, accessing our APIs, or utilizing the Scadova OS ecosystem (including AI Billing, Management System, Seller Insights, and Face Recognition), you formally agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these structural boundaries, you must immediately terminate access to our infrastructure.

2. Enterprise Software License

Scadova grants your organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our cloud-hosted modules. You explicitly agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our machine learning models.
  • Resell or "white-label" our API endpoints without explicit, written contractual authorization.
  • Inject malicious payloads, SQL queries, or bypass our zero-trust authentication protocols.

3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We guarantee a highly available architecture with a target of 99.99% uptime for all critical infrastructure. Scheduled maintenance requiring node downtime will be communicated to your administrative team no less than 72 hours prior to execution. AI inference latency guarantees apply strictly to optimal network conditions.

4. Hardware & Biometric Compliance

Organizations deploying the Scadova Face Recognition protocol are solely responsible for compliance with local physical privacy laws. Clients utilizing edge devices (e.g., Raspberry Pi arrays, IoT cameras) must ensure hardware meets Scadova's minimum cryptographic networking requirements to prevent local interception.

5. Limitation of Liability

While our predictive AI and Copilot analytics utilize deterministic modeling to forecast cash flow and inventory, they serve as advisory intelligence. Scadova LLC is not legally or financially liable for business losses, operational deficits, or supply chain shortages resulting from strategic decisions made based on our algorithmic outputs.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States. Any disputes regarding structural deployments, breaches of contract, or data usage shall be resolved strictly in the federal or state courts located in Birmingham, Alabama.
